You must give at least 5 days (120 hours) notice of cancellation for our single workshops/classes and 7 days (168 hours) for our courses in order to guarantee your credit back on your account.

All events will close prior to the start time of an event and the closing time of each event will vary. If you cancel your place when an event is closed, you will not be able to request a credit note.

When booking an event with us, please keep in mind we can not reimburse any travel costs if an event is cancelled or has to be rescheduled. We are unable to reimburse/refund any cancellations due to train/underground strikes.
If the workshop leader has to cancel, we will reschedule the event and offer you your credit back if you can not make the new date.

If you would rather have your credit refunded to back to your Paypal/bank account, you have 30 days from the date you paid for the credit to request this. This can be done by emailing us on info@mixingnetworks.com. After 30 days we can not process your refund and the money will have to remain on your account as credit.
